How is my order shipped?
Orders for customers ship from our Ontario, California warehouse. Orders are shipped via UPS, or Common Carrier for very large orders. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order. Once your online order is shipped, you will be E-mailed your tracking number.

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your order you have 30 calendar days to return the item(s) from the date you received it.
In order to be eligible for a return your item must qualify under the following conditions:

● Item must be in the same condition that you received it
● Your item must be in the original packaging
● Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
● Clearance Items and Special Order items may not be returned

How long does delivery take?
Products in stock are shipped out within 24 hours. Expected delivery should depend on which service is used. Delivery time is based on chosen shipping method. Please keep in mind that we use 3rd party shipping partners such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL. You can check the status of your order anytime through your tracking number which is sent to your email once your order has shipped.
